So glad we stumbled upon the GTG RV Rentals website in search of a Mercedes Sprinter Van with Captains Chairs. The entire process from the online rental to pickup to return went smoothly. Dustin and his wife were very professional and answered all of our questions. The vehicle was perfect for our family vacation to Orange Beach Alabama. I can recommend them and would definitely use them again!

GTR repacked my wheel bearings. I thought I needed a brake job but they told me my brakes did not need to be replaced. They are honest, I was ready to pay for a brake job.

Dusty and his team exceeded all our expectations. I contacted them about some routine maintenance being done on our camper and for them to look over a couple items since my extended warranty was about to expire. They took care of the 3-4 items on my list and even found a small water leak under my shower that was able to get fixed under warranty. The best part is they handled everything with the warranty company!

Thier technician also found 2 minor holes in the roof sealant and a small tear in one of my slide seals. Dusty explained what they found, but was never pushy about trying to convince me to repair them. Which leads me to believe they are honest people who aren't just trying to add things onto your bill.

We will definitely be repeat customers for the maintenance of our camper.
